The "PC Repair Status" feature pulls various information from Ek's computer repair database that allows a customer to check on there computer. The customer simply types in their ticket number that was supplied with the invoice. This eliminates a lot of phone calls from customers wanting to know if their computer is fixed an ultimately saves company time.
